La fontaine n'a jamais fonctionné.
Malgré un mail en Avril me disant qu'on allait me rembourser,toujours rien et nous sommes bientôt au mois de juillet.D’après moi la pompe qu'ils livrent avec la fontaine est trop faible.Je tiens a préciser que j’habite dans le sud -est de la France et que les nuages sont rares.Je ne recommande pas cet achat.

The fountain never worked. Despite an email in April telling me that they were going to reimburse me, still nothing and we are almost in July. In my opinion the pump that they deliver with the fountain is too weak. I would like to point out that I live in the south-east of France and the clouds are rare. I do not recommend this purchase.

Très satisfait de mon achat, via le site de La Redoute, l'apparence est parfaite, et la fontaine produit l'effet relaxant que je souhaitais dans mon jardin.
Deux petits bémols,
il faut vraiment du soleil pour que la fontaine fonctionne sans la batterie, le moindre nuage l'arrête.
La notice est en anglais, peu compréhensible, et celle en français trouvée ici est bien mais manque encore de clarté.
Je m'interroge enfin sur la possibilité de changer la pompe ou le panneau solaire en cas de panne, car la batterie par exemple n'est pas remplaçable. Ces éléments sont ils disponibles chez le constructeur au détail ?

Very satisfied with my purchase, via the La Redoute website, the appearance is perfect, and the fountain produces the relaxing effect I wanted in my garden. Two small flats, you really need the sun for the fountain to work without the battery, the slightest cloud stops it. The manual is in English, difficult to understand, and the one in French found here is good but still lacks clarity. Finally, I wonder about the possibility of changing the pump or the solar panel in the event of a breakdown, because the battery, for example, is not replaceable. Are these items available from the retail manufacturer?
