Appears to be a really good heater but I haven't had it installed very long. I like its features and it appears to be giving off really good heat. The remote is stylish and simple to use (doesn't come with batteries). I think its going to be good.

Heizstrahler Ein guter Heizstrahler mit für mich großartiger Optik Die 2 Heizstufen lassen sich gut mit der mitgelieferten Fernbedienung als auch direkt am Heizstrahler bedienen. Das integrierte Licht ist/ war für mich nicht für Bedeutung. Es ist nicht sehr hell. Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät, das ich wieder kaufen würde.

Radiant heater A good radiant heater with, in my opinion, a great look. The 2 heat settings can be easily controlled with the remote control provided or directly on the heater. The integrated light is/was not important to me. It is not very bright. All in all, a good device that I would buy again.

Wärmestrahler mit guter Leistung Der Wärmestrahler wurde relativ schnell geliefert und war sehr gut verpackt. Der Strahler war schnell installiert in unserem neuen Pavillon aus Holz (ca.15 m2). Die Wärmestrahlung ist vollkommen ausreichend, so dass man abends noch lange an der frischen Luft sitzen kann. Einziger Mangel ist die schwache LED Lampe, die könnte noch etwas heller strahlen. Deshalb ziehe ich aber keinen Stern ab. Ich kann den Strahler nur weiter empfehlen.

Heat lamp with good performance The heat lamp was delivered relatively quickly and was very well packaged. The lamp was quickly installed in our new wooden pavilion (approx. 15 m2). The heat radiation is completely sufficient, so that you can sit in the fresh air for a long time in the evening. The only drawback is the weak LED lamp, which could shine a little brighter. But that's not why I'm taking off a star. I can only recommend the lamp.

Nicht schlecht das Ding. Heizquelle von oben im Partyraum (unbeheizt) war der Plan. Hiermit gut lösbar und die Wärme verteilt sich echt gut. Die Lichtquelle ist nice to have, allerdings bitte keine richtige Lichtleistung erwarten, für einen Partyraum als add on aber ok. Heizleistung über die FB schaltbar, klappt gut. Bei voller Leistung mehr als ausreichend, irgendwann sogar schon zu warm. Kaufte ich wieder.

Not a bad thing. The plan was to have a heat source from above in the party room (unheated). This is a good solution and the heat is distributed really well. The light source is nice to have, but don't expect any real light output, but it's OK as an add-on for a party room. The heating output can be switched on via the remote control, works well. At full power it's more than sufficient, but at some point it's even too warm. I'd buy it again.

Arrived later than advised. Well packed, east to assemble and instal and performs well. Remote control is nice. All seems decent quality. I would suggest that the installation requirement to be 50cm below and 180cm above a surface is nigh on impossible to achieve in practice. I have installed in a circular 3m high 'breeze' house which is the max height without planning. Given internal ceiling height, floor depth and a set table height, I can't meet both requirements by a significant distance. I settled for meeting the clearance above as the priority. In the attached photo, the table is 140cm below the lamp. The hanging chain is 50cm long and the power lead 1.5m. Runs fine off a standard 13amp ext lead.

The heater and all it's features are great. But i have to knock a star off as the cable is only 1.5m and the Europe to UK adapter is too big to fit in my outdoor socket.

Good quality but beware if you are buying more than one as they seem to change the lights from warm white to cold white with no option given on purchase. We have 2 side by side in our gazebo and the lights are completely different colours.

IDEAL PARA LA TERRAZA DEL BAR Tengo un bar con una terraza que ahora con el covid es lo que más aprovechan los clientes. He colgado estos calefactores (uno cada 3 mesas) y dan calor mas que suficiente, con la ventaja de no tener que poner un cacharro de pie que ocupa mucho espacio y es complicado luego de almacenar. Además cuenta con calentamiento rápido por infrarrojos lo que hace que se obtenga calor muy rápido sin los tediosos tiempos de espera. Tiene un mando a distancia con bastante capacidad de recepción que me permite gestionar la temperatura (tiene 3 niveles) sin molestar a las mesas ni tener que acercarme a nadie. El diseño retro es un puntazo, hace que se luzca muy bien sin llamar demasiado la atención. Viene con una luz led que se puede encender o no, dependiendo de la iluminación que se necesite.

IDEAL FOR THE BAR TERRACE I have a bar with a terrace that now with covid is what customers use the most. I have hung these heaters (one for every 3 tables) and they give more than enough heat, with the advantage of not having to put a standing contraption that takes up a lot of space and is complicated to store later. It also has rapid infrared heating, which means that heat is obtained very quickly without tedious waiting times. It has a remote control with enough reception capacity that allows me to manage the temperature (it has 3 levels) without disturbing the tables or having to get close to anyone. The retro design is a plus, it makes it look great without attracting too much attention. It comes with an LED light that can be turned on or off, depending on the lighting needed.

Parfait pour notre grande terrasse. La lampe chauffante est de bonne qualité, simple à accrocher, au top. On l a mise sous une tonnelle et honnêtement l espace de vie est agréable même par basse température. J ai pris le noir car plus discret, même si les luminaires rouges sont assez flashy! Je ne me sers que du niveau de chaleur 1500W, bien suffisant à mon avis. Reste a voir la robustesse du produit sur quelques années, mais au vu de la solidité de le bestiole, je n en doute pas un seul instant.

Perfect for our large terrace. The heating lamp is of good quality, easy to hang, the best. We put it under an arbor and honestly the living space is pleasant even in low temperatures. I took the black one because it is more discreet, even if the red lights are quite flashy! I only use the 1500W heat level, quite sufficient in my opinion. It remains to be seen how robust the product will be over a few years, but given the solidity of the creature, I have no doubt about it.

Purchased this item to for a summer house and it is the ideal product. The two stage heating is ideal for taking the chill off the room and then for maintaining a comfortable temperature, made easier with the remote control. The light is also helpful as it does not take up any additional space.

Really pleased with our heater. Used in our polycarbonate gazebo. My wife usually feels the cold. With our heater on full setting she sat out with only a t-shirt! She even then asked if we could turn it down, which of course with this model you can. Really pleased, easy to use and no installation needed. Superb value for money.

Produit exceptionnel ! Il répond à toutes nos attentes, voire plus. Beau et très efficace. Nous en avons placé un à chaque bout de notre table de 12 places et nos convives ont presque trop chaud quand nos dîners se prolongent tard dans la nuit. We placed one at each end of our 12-seater table and our guests are almost too hot when our dinners last late into the night. Chauffage appoint extérieur sur un petit espace couvert, cela chauffe pas très fort et il faut être proche sinon on ne sent pas la chaleur, mais il convient,sinon bonne qualité, beau produit solide et bien fait.. Mention spéciale pour le suivi et service client retour, j'ai renvoyé un premier chauffage sur pied car il ne convenait pas à l'espace, le retour a été fait avec facilité et suivi très sérieux.. Vendeur très professionnel, je recommanderais sans hésitations.

Outdoor additional heating on a small covered space, it does not heat very much and you have to be close otherwise you do not feel the heat, but it is suitable, otherwise good quality, beautiful solid and well-made product. Very good infrared heater. We have it installed on the terrace and now with the cold it comes in handy to be comfortable without getting cold. It has two power levels and heats up a lot, just what we were looking for. The design is very nice and I expected it to be smaller but it is a good size.

La verdad es que he salido ganando con esta estufa. He tenido estufas de aceite ( lentas ) y de aire ( ruidosas ) y me quedo con este modelo. Es súper ligero y fácil de transportar y no hace absolutamente ningún ruido. Y encima ilumina con ese tono anaranjado que hace tan hogareño y recuerda a las hogueras. Solo le falta oler a brasa Es de exterior, pero yo la puse en casa, Calienta muchísimo, Funciona de maravilla, material consistente, con mucha estabilidad, bien protegido de la lluvia, La enciendes y al momento ya notas el calorcito. Que sea alta también es muy cómoda en el caso de que haya niños o animales. no consume mucho, perfecto para bares y terrazas, restaurantes o casas, resulta elegante por su diseño. ocupa poco espacio, y tiene varios niveles de temperatura. Excelente producto cumple con las expectativas. Fácil de montar peso ideal y buena estabilidad.

The truth is that I have won with this stove. I have had oil stoves (slow) and air stoves (noisy) and I stick with this model. It is super light and easy to transport and makes absolutely no noise. And on top of that, it lights up with that orange tone that makes it so homely and reminiscent of bonfires. It only lacks the smell of embers. It is for outdoors, but I put it at home. It heats up a lot. It works wonderfully, consistent material, with a lot of stability, well protected from the rain. You turn it on and immediately you notice the warmth. The fact that it is high is also very comfortable in the case that there are children or animals. It does not consume much, perfect for bars and terraces, restaurants or houses, it is elegant due to its design. It takes up little space, and has several temperature levels. Excellent product meets expectations. Easy to assemble, ideal weight and good stability.
