It is a well thought out IR heater, and one of such style that I've not seen anywhere else.

I ordered this from the UK, and although I had problems with the delivery both from Blumfeldt and DPD, I was eventually able to receive the package.

It was damaged upon delivery, it was however just a minor breakage with the power cable connector that secures the cable to the chassis, I was happy to fix myself and it didn't affect functionality.

It connects to Blumfeldts own smart app which is basic but all you would need, I do like simple but functional solutions.

It's bigger than I thought it would be, which is not a problem. It's stylish and looks good both in the house, and on our patio too.

It does get very hot to the touch, if there are children around; you will need to be careful. They would get a burn if they touched it for too long.

The heat feels wonderful, just like the heat felt from the sun. It's extremely comfortable.

IR heaters are extremely efficient and with the rising cost of energy prices, using an IR heater is a great solution. There is no loss of energy in the heat production. For example 1kw of electricity gives 1kw of heat. Traditional, gas boilers with radiators lose a lot of heat as it rises from the radiator itself, with IR heat it just heats your body and from quite a distance too. It's amazing.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to reduce their carbon footprint, to reduce their use of gas as a means to heat a home, and for anyone who simply wants to have a warm sociable evening on their patio when the sun sets.

It also works with Google and Alexa, it's very simple to setup

I'm very happy with it, I only dropped one star because of the damage to the cable clip.
